We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. Other payment options are available only when displayed for your order in Shopify checkout. Availability can depend on the order, address, and selected checkout flow; review the options shown before submitting your order.
Secure checkout and card information
Enter payment information only in Shopify checkout. medicubeqvj customer service cannot view or save your complete card number. Do not send your full card number or card security code by email or through the contact form.
Currency, discounts, taxes, and delivery total
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Standard Shipping is free to eligible Canadian destinations. A discount, promotion, or other order adjustment applies only when it is accepted and displayed in checkout. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown before you submit the order; review them before placing it.
Payment capture and provider timing
This store is configured for automatic payment capture. The time a charge is processed or appears through your payment provider may still vary by method and provider. Follow the status shown in checkout and by your provider; this page does not promise a specific charge time.
Payment problems and refunds
If a payment is declined or checkout reports an error, review the message from the provider or choose another method displayed at checkout. If you see a possible duplicate charge or a charge for an order that did not complete, contact support@medicubeqvj.shop with the order number if available, date, and amount. Do not email card details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund, and timing can vary.
