Where does the store ship?

We currently ship only to eligible destinations in Canada, including the provinces and territories served by the store. We do not offer international shipping. The available option for your address is confirmed at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is free to eligible Canadian destinations, with no order minimum. Any shipping option available for your address appears at checkout before you submit your order.

How long does delivery take?

Processing generally takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch generally takes about 4–6 business days. Allow about 5–8 business days overall. These are estimates, not guarantees; weekends and applicable public holidays are not business days.

How can I track an order?

Shipment or tracking details are sent after dispatch when available. If a tracking link fails or stops updating, email support@medicubeqvj.shop with your order number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order can be changed or cancelled before fulfillment or dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once processing has progressed. If it has shipped, contact us about the delivery.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Standard eligible returns must be unused and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Approved eligible returns or exchanges have free return shipping and no restocking fee. Contact us first for instructions; see the Refund Policy for details.

When will an approved refund be issued?

After an approved return is received and inspected, we issue it to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund; timing can vary.

What if an item is damaged, wrong, or missing?

Email support@medicubeqvj.shop promptly with your order number, identify the item, and describe the issue. If available, include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, or contents received. We will review and reply with appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Which payment methods can I use? Are taxes included?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. Other payment options are available only when displayed for your order in Shopify checkout. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the order total, including any discount and shipping applied to the order, are shown before submission. Review the final total before placing an order.
