30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us at support@medicubeqvj.shop with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will review your request and provide return instructions after approval.

Return shipping

For an approved eligible return, medicubeqvj covers the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid label or another free return method. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with the result. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

If an item arrives damaged or you have another concern with an order, contact us promptly at support@medicubeqvj.shop so we can review it.
